The Washington State Liquor Control Board (WSLCB) is running this pilot program to determine customer interest in having holiday gift stores in Washington's malls. The WSLCB seeks to generate $3.8 million in additional revenue during the 2009 and 2010 holiday seasons to help offset the state budget deficit.
